How It Works

STEP 1

• Navigate to the Online Courses and select Responsible Pet Owner Course ($75) or  General Animal Welfare ($25) depending on which course you have been instructed to take.
• Click on the More Information or Go to Course button and complete the appropriate course registration form. Depending on your course, your enrollment fee will range from $25 to $75. Funds paid to PAWedu are donated to benefit animal welfare organizations.

STEP 2

• After you have completed the registration form and your payment has been processed, check your email for your log in credentials and information on how to access course material.

STEP 3

• Review the course material and take the final exam. After you complete the final exam, a certificate will be automatically generated. Download the certificate and print 2 copies. Save one copy for yourself and one for the court. Contact your probation officer or court for delivery instructions of the Certificate of Completion.

How do I create an account?

An account is created for you automatically after you complete the registration form and successfully submit payment via PayPal. You will receive an email with your log in credentials and information on how to access course material. If you need to make any changes to your account, please contact PAWedu Support using the ‘Contact Form’.

I need my password reset. What should I do?

If you need your password reset, please contact PAWedu Support using the ‘Contact Form’.

What happens if I fail the final exam?

No worries! If you fail the final exam, you can take it again.

If you are having trouble with a certain section of the course or a particular question,  please contact us and let us know. We will then fix the issue for you and others who may have the same difficulty.

Does this course count toward my court appointed education?

Yes! We are an approved continuing education provider for many courts. Check with your court or probation officer.

I completed the final exam, but the certificate doesn’t have my name on it. What should I do?

The certificate is automatically created using the information in your profile. If your name is missing, then your account information will need to be updated. Please contact PAWedu Support using the ‘Contact Form’ and we will resolve the issue immediately.
