Description
The National Responsible Pet Owner Course is designed as a broader, more general animal welfare course designed to rehabilitate and change the behavior of those convicted of animal cruelty offenses and teach offenders to be more humane to animals. The course is developed to be used anywhere in the United States, which is not specific to the laws of any particular state, but does cover federal law. We strongly recommend, to better understand the particular laws of your state while taking this course, that you review the laws and punishments governing animal cruelty and animal welfare in your state.
